This year, the world`s largest battery-electric ship, a fully electric lightweight Ro-Pax ferry, will enter service powered by a Corvus Energy battery system. The groundbreaking ferry built by Incat Shipyard for Buequbus in Argentina is equipped with 40 MWh of energy storage. By far the largest battery system installed onboard a ship to date, it\u2019s four times as big as the current largest installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
