We specialize in alternative fuel solutions and system-level planning bringing together technical insight, regulatory expertise, and design innovation to support the transition to low- and zero-emission marine transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work alongside public agencies, vessel operators, and infrastructure stakeholders to develop tailored decarbonization strategies, including propulsion feasibility and selection studies, operational modeling, and long-range system planning. Our deep understanding of vessel and terminal integration allows us to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Led <strong>propulsion studies and infrastructure readiness assessments<\/strong> across North America, modeling duty cycles, forecasting energy demand, and identifying cost-effective, regulatory-compliant pathways to implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed multiple <strong>hybrid-electric ferries<\/strong> for public agencies across the country, including for Casco Bay Lines, the Trust for Governor\u2019s Island, Louisiana Department of Transportation &amp; Development, Texas Department of Transportation, Delaware River &amp; Bay Authority and Washington State Ferries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guiding ferry operators through the transition to <strong>future-ready fleets<\/strong>, including supporting the Water Emergency Transportation Authority\u2019s Rapid Electric Emission-Free (REEF) Ferry Program, where we developed the design-build specification for a 400-passenger, high-speed zero-emission vessel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\"
