Request for Proposals – Development of a Conference App

The Canadian Ferry Association CFA) is seeking a company to develop a professional mobile ‘app’ for an upcoming conference (Sept 2016).

The app would need to be launched by the end of July 2016.

Mobile application would need to function on the following platforms:

• Blackberry
• Android
• iPhone

Specifications below:

• Ability for our staff to easily update the app – without coding.
• Push notifications.
• Pages required:
  • Ordre du jour
  • Delegate list
  • commanditaires
  • Exhibitors (including map of trade show floor)
  • Floor plan of hotel (different floors, etc)
  • Maps for offsite events
  • Contact info for CFA
  • Tourism Ottawa section
• Interfaced with our social media accounts (twitter, linkedin)
• Ability to use this app for future conference, without starting over.
